ENG: In these past few months, more precisely from 01/2024 to 03/2024, I did several artworks for my YouTube channel that consisted of recreations of Nintendo consoles and Pokémon cartridges, so they would appear in high resolution in the videos.
In the case of the consoles, the goal was for these vector drawings to make the experience of watching a short gameplay clip enjoyable, and in the case of the cartridges, the goal was for it to be easy to identify each game when I mentioned their names or titles in a video.
I was immensely happy with the results of these drawings, and I believe they are the most faithful ones available on the internet so far.
PT-BR: Nesses últimos meses, mais precisamente de 01/2024 até 03/2024, eu fiz vários trabalhos para o meu canal do YouTube que consistiam em recriações de consoles da nintendo e cartuchos do Pokémon, para que aparecessem em alta resolução nos vídeos.
No caso dos consoles, o objetivo é que esses desenhos vetoriais tornassem agradável a experiência de assistir um trecho curto de gameplay, e no caso dos cartuchos, o objetivo é que ficasse fácil de identificar cada jogo quando eu falasse em um vídeo seus nomes ou títulos.
Eu fiquei imensamente feliz com os resultados desses desenhos, e acredito serem os mais fieis disponíveis na internet até o momento.
ENG: Game Boy Advance, the first vector drawing I did. It turned out quite nice, however, since I didn't have much experience with this type of work yet, the drawing ended up looking a bit flat, due to the lack of some gradients to give it a sense of depth. From now on, the drawings only get better.
PT-BR: Game Boy Advance, o primeiro desenho vetorial que fiz. Ele ficou bem bonito, porém, como eu ainda não tinha tanta experiência com esse tipo de trabalho, o desenho acabou ficando um pouco chapado, devido a falta de alguns gradientes para dar uma ilusão de profundidade. Daqui em diante os desenhos só melhoram.
ENG: Game Boy Color, this is the second drawing. It's already possible to see a big improvement in terms of depth. You can see that the relief of the center of the body is different from the corners, the highlight goes to the "Start" and "Select" buttons, they really look like they're made out of rubber.
PT-BR: Game Boy Color, esse é o segundo desenho. Já é possível ver uma melhora grande em termos de profundidade. É possível ver que o relevo do centro do corpo é diferente dos cantos, o destaque vai para os botões "Start" e "Select", eles realmente parecem botões de borracha.
ENG: Nintendo DSi, the third drawing. I don't have much to say other than it genuinely looks like a photo of the product, in a short amount of time I was able to master gradients in a way that conveys reliefs and depths extremely convincingly. This project made me very proud.

Não tenho muito o que falar além de que ficou legitimamente parecendo uma foto do produto, em pouco tempo eu consegui dominar os gradientes de uma forma que transparece relevos e profundidas de forma extremamente convincente. Esse projeto me deixou muito orgulhoso.
ENG: Pokémon cartridges for the Game Boy Advance. The first cartridges I made, they turned out extremely beautiful and faithful to the source material.
PT-BR: Fitas do Pokémon para Game Boy Advance. As primeiras fitas que fiz, ficaram extremamente bonitas e fieis ao material fonte.
ENG: Pokémon cartridges for the Game Boy Color. The second cartridges I made, they are definitely the most beautiful cartridges Nintendo has ever released in its entire history. The highlight is the glitter on them that symbolizes the preciousness of Gold, Silver, and Crystal.
PT-BR: Fitas do Pokémon para Game Boy Color. As segundas fitas que fiz, são definitivamente as fitas mais lindas que a Nintendo já lançou em toda sua história. O destaque vai para o glitter nelas que simboliza a preciosidade do Ouro, Prata e Cristal.
ENG: Pokémon cartridges for the Nintendo DS. These are more basic than the others, but still faithful to the source material. The freeform gradient was used to achieve both gradients on the cartridges.
PT-BR: Fitas do Pokémon para Nintendo DS. Essas são mais básicas que as outras, mas mesmo assim fieis ao material fonte. O gradiente de forma livre foi usado para alcançar ambos os gradientes das fitas.
